“The power of the Lord was present to heal” (Luke 5:17). The Gospels show us that God’s reign and rule came with Jesus. One of the ways in which His Kingdom was seen was in the healing that Jesus brought to people. And healing was accompanied by power.

All are invited to this special service which will include songs of worship, a talk from the Bible about God’s power to heal and then an opportunity for anyone to receive prayer for healing. When we pray for people, we invite the Holy Spirit to come and then we pray as we see what God is doing. We know that the Holy Spirit always comes when we ask and that when He comes, He always brings some blessing to us.
