Got Questions

Becoming a Christian doesn’t mean that you stop having questions!

We wanted to create an interactive learning space where church members could ask their questions about God, life and faith and be able to explore them together, looking at what the Bible says.

Alpha is a great course for people who are still exploring Christian faith.  Got Questions? is a space for those who are already Christians who want to ask their questions.  We run these sessions over Zoom on an occasional basis, as and when questions are triggered.  Across the last few years, we’ve explored some really important questions, such as:

  • What does the New Testament teach about what happens when we die?

  • Why do bad things happen to good people?

  • How are we to understand the passages in the Old Testament that feature war and violence?

  • Should Christians practice mindfulness?

  • The ethics of assisted suicide

“The ‘Got Questions’ was amazing. It was great to hear such wisdom on how to understand tricky parts of scripture and engage with issues in our culture as Christians, as well as just gain a general framework for looking at these things. The way the sessions were structured was really good. The opening activity at the start was always great, laying the foundation and showing how the topic was going to be approached. It’s also great just to have a space to look at these questions in some depth.”

Although we’ve run these sessions for church members with questions, if you are a Christian and don’t have a space to explore some big questions, we’d be glad to plan a session which you can join.  Contact us to ask us about this.
